Catering Danmark is one of the most successful catering chains in Denmark and they have been leading the market for a long time. The company is build on ambition and is known for its continuous dynamic business development. Within Catering Danmark, an increased desire to create an entirely new business concept arose as a response to competition and the potentiality of being overtaken by a broad array of catering companies. Tokerød Plus designed and facilitated the innovation process with a mix of external digital business specialists, which resulted in 2 sustainable business concepts supported by prototypes. This creative development functioned as center for the further business development of Catering Danmark.
The Danish ACCreditation Institution
The Danish Accreditation Institution is aware of the increased need of having employees working in an independent and flexible manner, without being bound to a specific place or time. The modern employee anno 2017 works from the office, at home and on the go. The Danish Accreditation Institution had a desire to further encourage the use and implementation of a satisfactory and flexible system. This was achieved through the implementation of the platform Yammer in which the role of Tokerød Plus’ was to uncover the needs of the organisation, structure of roles and processes, and ensuring the mobilisation of the flexible system across the organisation. The overall goal was to ensure a secure and trustful digitalisation process for the organisation.
DanChurch Aid - Folkekirkens Nødhjælp
The international team of DanChurch Aid resides in a situation with mind to current processes that creates geographical and logistical challenges in relation to internal communication, sharing of knowledge, and virtual collaboration. Tokerød Plus was brought in to facilitate and structure the digitalisation process to correctly implement an effective digital workplace. The task took starting point in Microsoft’s platform Yammer, but would also include advising and teaching of the platform, training of the team, implementation of Yammer across the organisation, and lastly, mapping the internal digital ecosystem with all relevant systems and tools.
HK Midt had an ambition to get even closer to its members and to a larger extent activate the younger generation. In being able to successfully achieve these goals, a digital presence on social medias would be essential. HK Midt contacted Tokerød Plus to ensure a more goal-oriented and purposeful implementation of a digital strategy throughout the organisation. The process would include the design and development of a digital strategy with a corresponding action plan. Concurrently of this, the employees were inspired and taught in using social and digital media and explained the importance of HK Midt having a digital presence to actively convey value to its members and other stakeholders.
Saxo Bank - Ride Like a Pro
Saxo Bank created the customer loyalty programme 'Ride Like a Pro' to further activate its sponsorship of Team Tinkoff Saxo. A large setup in where you could invite core customers (and potential customers) to a training programme stretching a full year, where you could train under similar conditions as professional star riders and the pinnacle being crossing the finish line of the king stage of Vuelta á España. This vast programme had to be supported digitally, where Tokerød Plus managed the development of the digital strategy to active the loyalty programme to the right communities with intent to create brand awareness and customer leads.
The municipality of Dragør (Dragør kommune)
The municipality of Dragør is currently initiating their digital transformation due to the fact that the municipality wants to stay proactive and up to date in relation to the changing digital foundation for organisations. Tokerød Plus advised and offered sparring with leaders throughout the organisation and functioned as digital coach in this process.
The mission of Tryg is to become more active in the counselling of customers and less sales-oriented. This means that the sales approach must be redesigned from having a push focus to having a pull approach. It is vital that the leaders of the organisation leads the way for the rest of the organisation to actively achieve a succesful transformation. Tokerød Plus was appointed the task of inspiring, advising, and sparing with the customer-facing executives of Tryg on how they could actively implement a more advisory pull approach, where the organisation to a much larger extent would share knowledge and expertise in relation to insurance.
Daxiomatic has a strong profile with their result-oriented approach. The unique DNA of the organisation was attained through their organisational culture and workflow - Which resulted in the nomination of Daxiomatic as Denmarks best place to work. This strong profile must of course be supported digitally. The goal of Daxiomatic is to be top of mind among its users on a continuous basis. The purpose is to ensure that customers acknowledge the need for an ERP solution and Daxiomatic must be a natural part of this decision process. The solution came through the mapping of stakeholder and the mapping of digital ecosystems and was defined through a digital strategi with a corresponding action plan to support the implementation.
